Collection of Personal Data

The collection of personal data is obtained when a visitor creates an account, completes a newsletter registration form, places an order, contacts customer support, enters a promotional contest and/or sweepstake, completes a survey, and/or shares information about themselves in an open format, like on a Third-Party Site or in the user-generated content portion of our Site for example reviews.

As permitted by the law, the personal information Glow’rious Routine collects may include but is not limited to the following:

  • contact information, such as telephone number, name, postal address, and email address;
  • date of birth;
  • financial account and payment card information;
  • other personal information you provide to us on our website and other data collected automatically through the website.

Your company or business name, business address, business contact information, or information that is already a matter of public record or knowledge is generally not considered personal information.

In addition, we also collect information regarding gift recipients to fulfill the gift purchase. The personal data Glow’rious Routine collects about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

Text, SMS & Calls

If you have provided us with your prior express consent to receive communications via an automatic telephone dialling system (auto-dialer), artificial or prerecorded voice messages, or text messages, Glow’rious Routine may use your information to send text messages to any mobile device connected to your cell phone number, until you opt-out from future text messages by texting STOP. Once you cancel, we will send one additional confirmation message stating that you've opted out.

How We Use Your Personal Data

We may disclose your personal data to any member within Glow’rious Routine, Inc., as reasonably necessary. Personal Data Protection

We use a variety of security technologies and profound procedures to help protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. 

To provide a secure shopping environment, this Site is secured with a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection ensuring personal information is encrypted (or encoded) sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet. Glow’rious Routine, Inc. uses Stripe and PayPal for direct payments and Express Checkout. We do not collect, store, or maintain credit card information entered on this Site.

Any personal information that you contribute to PayPal and its affiliated entities, can be read, collected, and used by the Organization. Therefore, we are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other Organizations. Glow'rious Routine is committed to protecting the privacy of local and international children. This Site is not designed nor intentionally targeted toward children under the age of 13. We do not intentionally collect or preserve personal information regarding anyone 13 years of age or younger.

Our website incorporates privacy control that affects how we will process your data. With your consent, by using the privacy controls the use of your personal data is an outlet to communicate with you regarding your current purchase order, promotional product offerings, business opportunities, and individual concerns.
