Shipping policy
Glow'rious Routine offers worldwide shipping, which includes North America, Europe, Australia, and the Rest of the World.
We’re pleased to ship our products across Canada, and internationally from Toronto. We use several delivery service providers such as Canada Post, Canpar, DHL, Purolator, and FedEx to guarantee an affordable and reliable solution, depending on your location.
Order Status
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt. You can log in to your Account to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, Glow’rious Routine considers the order to be complete.
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Free Everyday Shipping (Canada & The US Only)
Everyday Free Shipping is valid for online orders of $125 or more in the same order, before taxes. Eligible customers must select the "Free Shipping" option in the shopping bag to activate the free shipping. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. Only valid for Canadian & American shipments.
Shipping within Canada
Orders are processed in (1) one to (3) three business days once payment authorization and verification have been obtained.
Orders typically arrive in (1) one to (6) six business days (Monday through Friday, not including Canadian federal holidays).
Shipping Internationally
Orders are processed in (1) one to (3) three business days once payment authorization and verification have been obtained.
Orders typically arrive in (20) twenty to (60) sixty business days (Monday through Friday, not including Canadian federal holidays) depending on the destination country.
Delays
Please note delivery of products within the estimated transit time or by the estimated delivery date is not guaranteed - this is an estimate only. These terms are defined as follows:
- Product availability will affect when the product is shipped and thus affect the timing of delivery.
- During the holiday season, there may be a change in scheduled parcel pickups at the warehouse. This may result in your orders arriving earlier or later than estimated.
- During high-volume order season and/or promotional events, processing may be delayed thus affecting the timing of delivery.
Sales Tax
The tax rate applied depends on your ship-to-destination. Tax is calculated on the total of your order, and in some countries, sales tax is payable on shipping and handling charges.
Fees
If applicable, custom charges including taxes, duties, tariffs, or custom brokerage fees will be calculated in conjunction with your shipping fee and added to your order at the time of checkout. At that time you can decide to pay in advance or pay once the parcel has cleared in your country.
If you decide to prepay, your order will not be subject to any further charges. If you are charged for any of these shipping-related fees, please proceed with payment and be sure to retain your shipping receipt/shipping records. Please email us at info@glowriousroutine.com with your order number and receipt for reimbursement.
Parcel Forwarding Services
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Glow'rious Routine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Modifications & Cancelations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been dispatched.
Please note: If you cancel an item that qualifies you for a promotion, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
For a change of delivery address request, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
